Cheatham and Associates, P.A. was established in 1981 and has provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for over 43 years.

We are a small professional services firm registered in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia serving local,  state and federal governments, educational facilities, commercial, and industrial clients.

We offer a full range of construction administration services from minor involvement to a full scope as prime consultant.
